2020

  • Completed the full migration from the Data Centre to Microsoft Azure.
  • Sales team increased due to demand for the Digital Transformation services.
  • Strengthened the development partnership ensuring our Digital Transformation provider’s Team are entirely based in Australia and 100% committed to our projects.
  • Launched our bespoke Client Portal offering to all clients.
  • Client Portal Phase 1 released November providing information on all tickets raised, resolved, average resolution times and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Client Portal Phase 2 released in December giving our clients real time critical end user information.
  • Supported our expanding client base throughout the Global COVID-19 pandemic ensuring secure, flexible and compliant workspaces as required.

2019

  • Secured a development partnership with a Digital Transformation provider.
  • Updated all internal support systems including Sales, Admin and Finance in order to accommodate growth and expansion.
  • Commenced migration from the current Data Centre to Microsoft Azure.

2018

  • Restructured the Technical Department.
  • Prioritisation of infrastructure improvements.
  • Commenced planning phase regarding the move of the Data Centre to Azure in line with expansion and partnership with Microsoft.
  • Commenced negotiations for a potential partnership with a Digital Transformation Development provider for our internal processes.

2017

  • Implemented an improved service delivery support system.
  • Relocation of Head Office from Frenchs Forest to Crows Nest.
  • In depth company review to prepare for automation of internal systems and processes.
  • Addition of another client in the International Education sector.
  • Expansion of reach and operations in Canberra to include a group of Chemists.

2016

  • CSIRO Vendor Panel.
  • Modified the support structure to a proprietary VTS IT cell model.
  • Telstra Partner Business – Gold.
  • Cisco – express Collaboration.
  • Expanded the Indonesian operations to include an office in Bali.

2015

  • Migrated acquired DMS from a System Integrated to a Managed Services company.
  • Started our regional operations in Griffith, NSW.
  • Started our Indonesian operations in Jakarta.
  • Restructure of the company in preparation for further acquisitions.
  • Local Council Public Wifi Solution deployment for three regional towns.

2014

  • Launched ‘Lync Enterprise Voice Hosting Service’.
  • Implemented HP Cloud matrix as a replacement to the multi-tenanted environment installed in 2009.

  • Aquired Dataflex in ACT as part of the Government Sector Expansion Initiated Government Panels:

2013

  • October – acquired DownsMicroSystems in QLD.
  • Strengthened relationships by becoming a HP Gold Partner/Telstra Silver. The growth of the group, providing us with following partnerships:
    • HP Gold.
    • Telstra Silver.
    • Navman.
    • Microsoft Gold.
    • Citrix Silver.
  • John Henderson appointed CIO and took a financial position in the company

2012

  • Finetuning the business model to allow for the prospect of acquisitions.
  • Went to market for various key personnel. Employed and put in place a number of senior roles.
  • Restructured key roles to allow for scale in personnel.

2011

  • Grew the company to 9000 desktops in next 12 months.
  • Significant improvement due to the revamp in 2010 support ratio now at 620:1.
  • Continued expansion into the education sector by taking on Carrick Education, one of Australia’s largest national colleges.

2010

  • Microsoft Silver Partner.
  • Strong growth drove us to completely revamp the support modules.
  • Integrated the billing support modules.
  • Introduced national bandwidth expansion that improved the engineering/desktop support ratio from the original 250:1 to 350:1.

2009

  • Added Victorian Operation.
  • Implemented National Datacentre CoLocation and Hosted Multi-tenanted Services.
  • Introduced Macquarie into our National DataCentre.

2008

  • Glenn Kennedy started Operations in NSW.
  • Strategic partnerships with Citrix, Autotask, Kaseya.
  • Developing systems and processes for a fixed Managed Services solution. Starting with three customers, one 970 desktop, one 120 desktop and one 22 desktop client to test varying size companies based over the next few years to perfect the innovative model.
